We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter (name and email address), as well as technical data generated by your browsing (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited and access time) via cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending opportunities in the Dominican Republic, improve the site experience, comply with applicable legal obligations (including those under Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data) and prevent misuse of the platform.

We process your data based on your express consent, on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by you, and on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security and improvement of the platform.
