1. Purpose
These terms govern the access to and use of the site capivorax.com, owned by Capivorax Real Estate Lending, S.R.L. (RNC 1-32-45678-9). By using the site you accept these terms and the complementary policies.
2. Services
Capivorax is a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the presentation of real estate projects in the Dominican Republic and the collection of expressions of interest from individuals and legal entities. Any investment transaction will be formalised in accordance with Law No. 249-17 of the Securities Market and its regulations.
3. User profile
To subscribe to the newsletter you must be over 18 years old and provide accurate information. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
4. Investment risk
Real estate investments, including crowdlending, are subject to risks, including the possible total or partial loss of capital, construction delays and market variations. Capivorax does not guarantee future returns. Each investor must assess their risk profile and, if appropriate, consult an independent advisor.
5. Intellectual property
The content, brand, logos, texts and graphic elements of the site are the property of Capivorax or its licensors. Their total or partial reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Liability
Capivorax makes its best efforts to keep the site available and up to date. However, it is not liable for interruptions, typographical errors or indirect losses arising from the use of the site, except as provided by applicable Dominican regulations.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms to adapt them to regulatory, operational or service changes. The current version will always be published at capivorax.com with its update date.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the courts of the National District of Santo Domingo, unless otherwise required by law.
